Advanced Law Degree in Taxation • NASD Arbitrator • Over 35 Years of Experience

Estate Planning • Business Law • Tax Disputes

I am tax attorney and business lawyer James G. Killough, serving the small business community in Atlanta and surrounding metropolitan area, as well as in Brunswick on the Georgia coast. I have been helping individuals and Georgia small business owners find practical, cost-effective solutions to legal problems for more than 35 years.

I provide legal counsel, litigation and mediation services. For more than 25 years, I served as a business dispute arbitrator. Currently, I serve as an arbitrator for NASD Dispute Resolution, an organization affiliated with the NASD, the primary private-sector regulator of the securities industry and operator of NASDAQ.

When you have a legal problem, it can be more than frustrating to wait for days for a lawyer to return your call-it can add risk to an already precarious situation. That's not the way I treat my clients. If you have a problem, I will accommodate same-day meetings at my office, your office or another convenient location.

Few Atlanta business attorneys or probate lawyers can say the same. I can, because I am selective about the clients I accept and I place a high priority on providing quality legal service. Contact my office to schedule a free initial consultation to discuss how I can help you achieve your small business goals, help with estate planning or probate matters, or resolve tax disputes.
